There are no retakes, no make ups, and no late admittance to the exam.
 
•. For after Spring Break, you will need a separate folder with 4 dividers for test prep: the labels will be:

Schedule for AP World History 4th 9-weeks

The following dates are for advanced planning by the student in order to be prepared for the AP World History Examination on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. 

Lunch time preparation sessions will take place during the tutoring time period the first 30 minutes of Lunch. After School sessions for AP Test Review and Preparation Activities will begin immediately after 7th period and last approximately one hour.  Additional review sessions may be added.  Review sessions are voluntary, but highly recommended. Some of the dates may fluctuate by a few days due to unforeseen circumstances.

 No make up or retakes allowed due to College Board Rules, No Late Admittance. 

I understand that the AP World History Examination is mandatory and it is given only on Thursday, May 15, 2014 beginning at 8:00 a.m.  The College Board does not allow make-up days or retakes.

  • Useful Information - The Saudi Aramco World magazine will be referenced several times during the year and covers an entire important section of the course. Please download and read. The Silk Road magazine has the pepper article that was asssigned 10/14. Instructions: Read the article beginning on p. 10 “Where the Pepper grows” Write: ½ page using details from the reading about pepper – how has it affected the culture, trading, economy, history of this part of the world?
